What changed, and when

Price rises, withdrawn free tiers, deprecated models, rewritten terms. Every entry carries the date it was detected and the source it was detected from.

Nothing has changed yet. A change appears here when a later check finds a different price, plan or policy from the one recorded before, so the log starts filling from the second check, not the first.
